Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our fulfillment centers in China. For wholesale clients, we can arrange international delivery or work with your preferred logistics partner.

How long does delivery usually take?

Standard air shipping takes 7–15 days. Sea freight may take 25–45 days depending on the destination.
